The production of CJSC LADA-FLAKT is equipped with a fleet of modern high-tech equipment, which performs bending, cutting, welding, drawing and painting (applying a complex three-layer coating) of thin-sheet metal products.

The culture of production is focused on high quality standards of products. Quality control is carried out at each technological stage, from cutting and bending individual parts, to painting (applying a complex three-layer coating) and assembling finished products.

Incoming control of materials and components

Each batch of incoming materials, components and equipment undergoes input control (verification) in accordance with the instructions in the Quality Manual section of CJSC LADA-FLAKT.

Identification of materials and components is carried out during the input control (verification) based on the requirements of GOSTs, quality certificates, measurement maps and chemical analysis, if necessary.

Storage of identified materials and components is carried out at the storage area in the rack area of ​​the production workshop according to identification tags.

Input control (verification) is carried out by the QCD of the enterprise using the necessary controls and (if necessary) measuring instruments, which are periodically verified in the prescribed manner.

Blanks and materials are stored in the production and storage area on racks.

Ceramic Coating Growth Technology

Growing a ceramic coating on a metal surface makes it possible to obtain a product that is resistant to the action of an air environment containing vapors of a wide range of acids, alkalis and salts, including especially aggressive hydrochloric acid and an environment with chlorine impurities.

Assembly production division

The assembly of finished products is carried out in a workshop with an area of ​​2000 m2. The assembly shop is equipped with five posts, each time from which certain types of products are assembled:

Wastewater treatment plant

A special pride of our company is the struggle for a clean environment and minimizing harmful production waste. In our production there is a water purification workshop after passing it through the paint shop with aggressive reagents. Water is brought to drinking quality and only after that it is partially used in the technological process, and partially discharged into the sewerage system.
